No, you can use any mobile number from Oman.

Can I change my mobile number later after creating my account?
No, for security reasons, your account is linked to one number.

Are there any fees to open a Tranna account?
No, there are no fees to open an account.

Is funds transfer from Tranna safe?
Yes, funds are transferred through Bank Nizwa, the partner bank, and Mastercard Cross Border Services.

How do I add money?
You can top up your Tranna wallet using any bank debit card from Oman or transfer money from your bank.

What payment cards are accepted?
Currently, Tranna accepts bank cards from Oman banks. Credit and prepaid cards will be added later.

Can I change the card I added?
Yes, you can change your top-up card anytime.

How secure is my payment card?
All transactions go through the Central Bank of Oman and licensed banks, ensuring security.

Can I use a credit card to add money?
No, not at present. This feature will be added later.

Minimum: 1 OMR, Maximum: 1000 OMR as per CBO regulations.

How can I withdraw money from Tranna?
You can transfer money to any bank account or wallet in Oman or send it to your home country.

How do I add a receiver?
Follow the steps in the app under "Add Beneficiary."

Can I send money in cash without bank details?
Yes, you can add a beneficiary for either cash, bank, or wallet transfers.

What identification is needed for cash transfers?
Receiver's mobile number and, for some countries, their ID, passport, or driving license.

Can I transfer money to international wallets?
Yes, to select wallets such as Bkash in Bangladesh.

What are the charges for transferring funds?
Charges are published in the app and updated daily.

How long does it take to receive funds?
Most payments are completed in real-time but depend on the receiving bank’s availability.

Do I get proof of transfer?
Yes, you will receive a PDF receipt for each transfer.

What if the recipient doesn't receive the money?
You will get an in-app notification. If the transfer fails, the money is refunded.

Can I stop or reverse a transfer?
Once the money is received, reversing is difficult. Contact support for assistance.
